7 Healthy Habits That Helped Me Lose 170 Pounds in One Year

With the Banting diet all the rage, this piece from the Good Men Project says some pretty commonsensical things about what losing weight entails. Common sense is not all that common though. And even if we realise what we have to do to get back into shape we never quite muster the courage nor patience to do what must be done.

But what I like about the piece, beside the fact that no one is immune from the pressure to look good, is that the author signals to something about how to change, if you want to change. Simply, if we wish to change something we don’t like about any aspect of our lives, we might have to change our lifestyle. From cutting down on alcohol to quitting smoking to being there for your children, changing something we are unhappy about entails changing how we go about our daily lives.
